Since 2021 LongBest has provided continuous OSIsoft / AVEVA PI support for Johnson & Johnson across three manufacturing sites — Xi’an Janssen and Suzhou JNJ in China, and Japan Fuji.
The scope covers PI data acquisition and historian management, batch analysis and process analytics, PI integration with manufacturing systems, and cross-site reporting, together with ongoing operations and continuous improvement.
